With anticipation growing for Round One of the KNSW 2019 State Sprint Title in just over a month’s time, Host venue Griffith has strategically scheduled an event for those wanting to have a hit out prior.
Nominations are now open via MyKarting Portal so take advantage and get to Griffith this Saturday and Sunday to bed in some of our Maxxis dry and Dunlop wet tires.
Also, on offer this weekend is “Sunday Speedway” action with Round 2 of the Central Coast speedway kart club championship. Many a dirt speedway competitor has gone on to bigger and better things. Ian Madsen has gone on to compete in the World of Outlaws Sprintcars in the US and just last week added another victory to his fantastic career. Lady racer Katelyn Hickey has also gone on to race thundering Dirt Late Models to great success. In the most recent Australian title, she finished a very creditable 9th in a stellar field.
Karting is growing again in NSW so get your backside trackside.
